Normally,this card would be near-impossible to summon,but in the new structure deck releasing in September,if you add a few Dark Dragons,could be an EXTREMELY lethal weapon.

If it gets summoned it is completely broken and it isn't that hard to summon. That is better than Sorcerer. It is auto +3.
