What are the new recent packs that have come out and what do the Gadget cards do and what pack do i find them in?

The most recent packs may be the new duelist packs.

The Gadgets utilize a trap card (I forget the card's name) to create a creature with high stats. As far as I know, you can get them only in the new machine deck.

The Gadgets search each other out from your Deck when it is summoned, and the chain goes like this: Green>Red>Yellow>Green.

As far as the TCG goes, you can only get them in the Machine Deck.

The newest pack right now is Force of the Breaker, which was predated by Strike of Neos, both of which are excellent sets.
