Yu-Gi-Oh! Japanese Cyberdark Impact Booster Box
30 packs per box with 5 cards per pack

The newest Japanese expansion has been Announced, entitled Cyberdark Impact - following off an incredible release in Power of the Duelist, the upcoming Cyberdark Impact set will feature revolutionary play for the first time ever! Multi-Player Dueling Mechanic will now become reality for those who have dreamed of tag-team dueling!

Along with this new mechanic to be introduced in the Cyberdark Expansion, duelist can expect to see a great amount of new cards surrounding Syrus and Kenzan (Japanese Name), which basically means we'll see a lot more Roids and Dinosaurs along with some new support cards for each.

Hits US later this year

Cyber Dark monsters are going to be the bane of this game. If Konami keeps their anime effects, they are worse than useless, if Konami change their anime effects to any Type of monster, they become way too broken. So now there are two options for Konami, do they want to release another mediocore set like POTD that does nothing for the meta or do they want to release another set like IOC or LOD to completely change the meta. Either way Konami made a good name for this set, Cyberdark Impact, this set will have a great impact on the game, whether it's positive or negative is now entirely up to them...

P.S. Where they heck did you get Sho and Kenzan cards in this set from? The Japanese description says this:
遊戯王GXのヘルカイザー亮をイメージした強力カードがメイン(5月3日・6月14日に放送されるヘルカイザー亮のカードも)
今までに無かった新システムカードやアニメを再現できるカードも収録

"The powerful cards of Hell Kaiser Ryo of Yu-Gi-Oh GX will be included in this set. (These new cards are shown on May 3rd and June 14th.)
A new system of cards that have appeared in the anime will make an appearance in this set."

What 'Mechanics' do you mean for Tag Team dueling? My friends and I always played saying the order is A1, B1, A2, B2. And if it targets a player, you choose the player. Once your gone, your partner goes on alone.

Is it going to be like that?

The new system that the preview talked about was most likely the Tag Team cards Ikazuchimaru and Kourimaru used on Sho and Kenzan. You can see their effects on Janime.

Seeing POTD, I wouldn't doubt it. But you are giving it way too little hope. Like I said, if the Cyber Dark monsters' effects got changed to any type of monsters, they are broken as hell. So yeah, don't count anyting out yet.

they will do 1 of 2 things 1. change the rullings to make them less broken or 2. bann them

Dark Evangel - June 30, 2006 02:51 AM (GMT)
If they become banned cards, it means that Konami is shaping up again. Not in the sense that they are being stupid by banning beatsticks, but in the sense that they have finally release another card that's bannable. There hasn't been any banned cards in sets since IOC...
