Title: COMPETITIVE Fiends
Description: no joke

This deck can keep up with Chaos decks very well and I think this deck could almost, if not, win tournaments. Take a look.

The Goblin Elites are awesome! 1500 def is actually pretty solid against modern Chaos decks and 2200 attack delivers big hits and kills Cyber Dragon. Slate works great with Return and if I do get a chance to flip him, he's great. Necrofear works for clashing especially with Jinzo or Sorcerer.

Interesting...you beat me to the idea before I could come up with the deck :P
My only suggestion is putting in a couple of Cyber Dragons. Yes it isn't fiend, but the Dragon is still really good regardless. Having a free summon is never bad. Also, I would throw in another Necrofear. If you are working with 14 fiends, then another Necrofear wouldn't hurt, and its another free summon.

I won the tournament with this deck Saturday! I was so happy! I won with something other than Chaos! Take that! :D
I did add in 2 Reapers for the Night Assailant and 1 Newdoria.

Dude, a fiend/return deck can really compete with Chaos if done right. Apparently you did it right :P
But the deck holds the same principle that Chaos decks use: To get around the one summon per turn rule. That's why I think the right fiend deck can really shake up the Metagame. That's also why I suggested a couple of Cyber Dragons. However, should CD and Chaos Sorcerer be restricted, the fiend deck can really launch off. So I suggest you keep it up with this deck.

I added a few cards bringing the deck count to 42 but it still works fine. It keeps up with Chaos unless I get swarmed early.
I added a Bottomless and another Smashing to help kill Sorcerer.
Let me know how your deck works.
