I could deal with the Number "1" guy, but this is so broken it's not even funny. XD

You might want to make it;

Discard this card from your hand to pay multiples of 1000 Life Points. Increase the ATK of face-up monsters on your side of the field by half the amount of Life Points you paid until the end of the turn.

And make it like 5 stars or something....2000 ATK for a two stared monster. XD

I like the imagination put into it though. :)
