June 17-18

Yes, yours truly will be attending with the same hope as about roughly 400 other people....to get Shrink. Yet when I go, I will be running one of the strangest combinations of a deck, ever. In fact I'm sure many of you will say it wont work. But oh how it does. What is it? Zombie/Chaos. Ew right? Well it seems to work.

In any case, this is a chance for some of you to meet me and other players should you choose to attend, so if ya wanna hang out, just let me know ^_^

BTW, if Nationals are any kind of indication....people will be playing Chaos, so be prepared for that.

I have a little report from Shonen Jump.

Unfortunatly I didn't get into top 8. I did however go 7-3. out of 522 people, I made 63rd place. Not to shabby for my first Shonen Jump, or heck premier tournament period. Also I got 6 packs and a t-shirt for being in the top 64 (just barely made it), and in the packs I got a Cyber Pheonix, Ultimate Ohka, and Shining Pheonix Enforcer, so the way i figure and made my money back and doubled it in terms of cards.

But I'm glad I went because I learned alot. So now I'm itching to get to regionals so I can top 8 there ;)

I want your Ohka! Give it to me! :P

I now the feeling of wanting to go back to regionals. After I got 4th in Louisville regioanls, I wanted to go to more regionals. I did good to another and got 33rd (200 ppl) and that was just out of the prize.

Anyway, don't get too cocky.

Me? cocky? nah. I'll always be me humble self..im just a bit more confident in myself now.

Thats not bad If you look at the deck you used. I might run a zombie/chaos deck!

Well try running Magical Merchant in the deck. I had to play Victor Reinert in my second match (nice guy, made top 8 at nats) and he liked the deck, but made the suggestion of adding a couple of Merchants to it.

I also got to see Paul Levitin play, and he is defenatly deserving of his wins at the previous Shonen Jumps. He's really good. I had a friend who played him in the tournament, and while he lost, he did go round 3 with him, so thats impressive in itself. I also saw Max Sufferage, and watched the guy ranked #1 in Georgia beat John Jenson. So some impressive stuff went on this weekend.

I'll try it. I hope I have as much luck as you had.
