kyro_db - April 19, 2006 08:34 PM (GMT)
water decks relle arent that great there is only so much u can do with the heavy amount of dust tornadoes going in decks. also not alot of people post during the day so give it more time than 2 hours.

Omni - April 19, 2006 08:45 PM (GMT)
oh iight thx

Bexley - April 19, 2006 10:37 PM (GMT)
I won my first Tournament with a Water/Aqua deck, call it what ever you want it. Here are a few cards that you should think about putting in your deck.

Monsters:
The Legendary Fisherman
Neo Aqua Madoor
7 Colored Fish
Edit, Sea Serpent Warrior of Darkness

Magic:
Umi
Dark Snake Syndrome
Ring of Magnetism

Trap:
Gravity Bind

------
Why?
- Umi: "Increases the ATK and DEF of all Fish, Sea Serpent, Thunder, and Aqua-Type monsters by 200 points. Also decreases the ATK and DEF of all Machine and Pyro-Type monsters by 200 Points." Now with that down use The Legendary Fisherman is Effect is this, "When Umi is face-up on the field, this card is unaffected by any magic cards and cannot be attacked by your opponent's monsters". Then you lay down Ring of Magnetism, this card does this, "This card can only be equipped to a monster on your side of the field. The monster equipped with this decreases it's ATK and DEF by 500 points. In addition, all monsters on your opponent's side of the field must attack the monster equipped with this card if they chosses to attack." And if you used it on The Legendary Fisherman they cant attack him, so your safe till they some how get Umi out of there, and when all thats happening you can us Amphibious Bugroth MK-3 to attack his life points stright now, also lay down Dark Snake Syndrome... Dark Snake Syndrome is a card I got dueling a friend, he did the dule were you give up your rare-est card. But use Dark Snake Syndrome when you use the The Legendary Fisherman combo, because if they do have a dis-spell or something like that, you can lose your Dark Snake Syndrome, you dont what to lose the The Legendary Fisherman combo. Now what Dark Snake Syndrome does is sweet, here is what it does, "Inflict Direct Damage to you and your opponent's Life Points during each of your Standby Phases. The first damage begins at 200 and is doubled following each of your standby phases. :D

Edit, Gravity Bind... is also good... most water monsters are weak 4 stars, but with Gravity Bind you can only use 4 stars and lower...

Also you should have a 7 Colored Fish in there somewere, they are really strong for a 4 star card. ATK/1800 DEF/ 800

Just like 7 Colored Fish, Sea Serpent Warrior of Darkness is an nother kick butt monster for being a 4 star...
ATK/1800 DEF/1500

Now with Gravity Bind, Sea Serpent Warrior of Darkness and 7 Colored Fish are great, for being a 4 star monster.

i think i could try to get those but what should i replace them with you forgot to leave me that info

Bexley - April 19, 2006 11:11 PM (GMT)
... I'm not like the others, I give you results on what you should add, you want to add. I hate telling people on what to take out... If I do that whats the point of you doing some bit of work on 'your' deck. :)

Omni - April 19, 2006 11:24 PM (GMT)
oh ok thx the so what you rate it currently now edit but yow we both are losing life point of Syndrome

Bexley - April 19, 2006 11:31 PM (GMT)
Well... hard to tell without the Side Deck, but i would have to give it 5/10... but thats only me. Ill maybe post up more later to help your deck get to a 10/10

Omni - April 19, 2006 11:46 PM (GMT)
iight man thx i am gonna use this till i could finish my real deck

hey i also edited it but i am still missing 2 card you told me and that is Legendary Fisherman and Dark Snake Syndrome

kyro_db - April 20, 2006 02:08 AM (GMT)
wel i prefer legendary ocean cuz the level down and that way u can combo it with gravity binf with akes ur amphibiosbugroths level 3 and attk directly, and maybe a giant trunade cuz i c water decks as a setup for a huge hit so that would really help.

ok so any other ideas

so now i need to get a dark snake syndrome, legendary Fisherman and a giant trunade

keep the help coming

Omni - April 20, 2006 04:21 PM (GMT)
so any more help for me or something that could thinki about

Darkness Flame - April 20, 2006 07:02 PM (GMT)
Try adding Terraforming, it's a great way to add field spells to our hand quickly, and also useful for if oyu need to pull out the effect of either Daedalus. Also, a Maiden of Aqua. Her effect allows her to be treated as Umi, as long as no other field spell is out. Although it doesn't have nay other effect then the name, this can be useful for monsters that get certain effects when Umi is out. And add another Legendary ocean, as big as this deck is, a second, along with Umi, is always good.

Omni - April 20, 2006 10:03 PM (GMT)
thx

Darkness Flame - April 20, 2006 10:11 PM (GMT)
No Problem. I mainly know that cause i made an "Ocean Lord" deck a while back, and i kinda picked up on that after a myriad of test duels >.<

Omni - April 20, 2006 11:39 PM (GMT)
so i have a tournament on sunday do you think i stand a chance with this deck

and what would you rate it in its currents stated till i get the other 4 cards

Yugioh Master 5522 - April 21, 2006 04:32 AM (GMT)
nice deck its cool

kyro_db - April 21, 2006 04:49 AM (GMT)
ok , u relle shouldnt use dark snake sndrome, its not burner a deck and not that great of a card u shoud base ur waterdeck on gravity bind, 3x legendry oceans, mother grizlies, no umis, tornadoe wall, get orc omega out , no seven couloured fish instead put gagagigo(1850attk), keep the amphibiouse bugroths as a combo with legendary ocean and gravity bind so he is a level 3 direct attack, and there is a certain mermaid card that if umi(legendary ocean counts as umi) is on the feild he can attk twice, no wabokus, no trap jammer, put mirrior force, more gravity bind, swith trap hole for sakurestsu might want two of em, since orca is out, take out torpedo fish. i have more changes but if u want i can make a deck build for u and u can tell me if u like it? hope i helped. :ph43r:

Omni - April 21, 2006 05:35 AM (GMT)
yeah i guess that would be nice i am up for any suggestions right now

and this aqua deck isn't my real deck so i am trying to avoid putting all the facy stuff in it but i wanna use this aqua deck till i could finish my real deck and i only got 1 sakuretsu armor in my name and thats in my real deck

so can you make the deck without me getting mirror force and sakurestsu for it please and thank you

kyro_db - April 21, 2006 09:24 PM (GMT)
wel u can do wat i do, based on wat deck ur using just swich the cards back.

Darkness Flame - April 22, 2006 12:32 AM (GMT)
i've done that, you just have to remember to switch the cards before you duel. By the way, the mermaid card that can attack twice, she's called Mermaid Knight, she has 1500 attack. With Legendary Ocean, she becomes a Level 3, 1700 Double Attacker, great for use with Gravity Bind. Gagagigo is great too, with his 1850 and Level 4 status, with Ocean and Bind, again, he becomes 2050 Attacker. Finally would have to say add 1 Giga Gagagigo. He's Level 5 with 2450 ATK. With just Ocean, he becomes LEvel 4 with 2650 ATK. Ocean is the Base of your deck, so like i said earlier, add a Terraforming or two to bring it to your hand quicker.

kyro_db - April 23, 2006 03:00 AM (GMT)
im not sure about the giga gagagigo, go with a mobius. non efect tributee arent grt(and situaatinal for legendry ocea)

Darkness Flame - April 24, 2006 12:17 AM (GMT)
Well, yeah, but Giga Gagagio is Level 5, with Ocean, he comes out without needing a tribute, and would have 2650 ATK. Although he would still be effected by Gravity Bind, he still pretty strong, and useful, for when Gravity Bind is not on the field.

kyro_db - April 25, 2006 03:46 AM (GMT)
i think a main basis for the water deck is the gravity bind combo and then with out it giga is just a useless non-effect monster. dont use it.

Omni - April 25, 2006 09:09 PM (GMT)
hey didn't you say you were gonna make me a deck build out i wanna see it

Darkness Flame - April 25, 2006 10:32 PM (GMT)
And not true, actually, not all water deck are based around Gravity Bind. I know, i've made a few myself that arn't.

kyro_db - April 27, 2006 04:56 AM (GMT)
srry im really busy lately and i going to ny so i wont b able to do it for a lil, i was just saying that is a good basis for a water deck.
