No, it's actually pretty horrible.
Uria is around $20-30, usually in between, or a bit less/more.
LV6 is roughly $5, and the LV4's are around 1$-2$ each.
You ARE being ripped off, disregarding the fact that Horus>>>>Uria.
As for LV8, he's not too expensive ATM after the reprinting of the card in a variant form.

Don't do it, I'd rather sell Uria than trade it off.
