the new yugioh card game for gameboy advance yugioh gx duel academy came out I know it is noy the newest one but i havent got the new one yet was ok to me it had good cards in it but I didnt like the graphics or how it was laid out.tell me if you have played it and how you liked it I know i didnt.

I haven't played it yet but doesn't all gba games have horrible graphics?

This is probably the worst YGO game that follows the official rules that I've played. It has some good cards, but missing some really interesting ones, or even some restricted cards. Terrible glitches, horrible AI, real easy to obtain packs, and crappy 4Kids GX dub names. Yes it's that bad.

Yea, i think all ygo games for Gba sucks period.

EX2006 says that all GBA games don't suck.

I think that most of the GBA yugioh games suck mostly because they either have old banned lists or bad rules or bad AI :/

Or they don't have enough cards, but I'm gonna buy the WC2006 one to see if its any good cause theres gonna be over 2000 cards in it.

2006 is actually pretty expansive. it goes by the previous japanese ban list, and the packs are supposed to go all the way up to shadow of infinity, though i havent unlocked them yet, and you get to pick from all of the current structure decks. i think its pretty good.

There are of course cards missing, but nothing anyone would miss. Unless you want to built a deck with Machiners or something. Gravekeeper's Chief is missing though, for some weird reason.

Also, it uses all of the banned lists since the very first one as well as the one before it with no bans. You unlock them through game play.

Thats good so I can practice with the new list in the game also.

after the stuff you guys told me about it I still hate it but now I'll try to like it or sell it.

What do you hate about it? The only thing bad in this game is that some AIs have horrible decision making skills. Such as playing premature on Gaia Soul when I have swords in play...

GX...hate it, get rid of it. just wait for the new yugioh DS game to come out. should be really cool!! gotta love those 3D Graphics!!

The only cards that are missing are some of those 300 equip cards from LOB... It rocks. And there are too many machines in it. Maybe i should post my machine deck: "Death from Above" here. 3 words: Satellite Cannon Rocks!

I haven't played the GX game. I like the original YGO games for the Advance. Those were cool. I ahve it for Xbox. "Dawn of Destiny."

It is actually called Ultimate Masters, and it is the most awesome yugioh game EVER. It is the most up-to-date, as the least glitches, and hard duel puzzles.

Y'know the awesome stuff I was talking about last page about how there were tons of cards and GOOD AIs? Well, I was talking about EX2006, otherwise known as Ultimate Masters. If you like YGO games and not buy this one, you might as well be the biggest failure ever. Yes, it's that good, although the Theme Duels are difficult.

And, if you buy the Japanese version (EX2006), you will get Ougon no Homunculus, Genshi Taiyou Helios, and Helios Duo Megistus. As well as Helios Tris Megistus for the strategy guide.

If you buy the English version (Ultimate Masters), you will get Golden Homunculus, Helios - The Primordial Sun, and Helios Duo Megistus, which are just the same as their JPN counterparts except that the two Helios got their arts editted...

Oh yeah! That was in Shonen Jump recently. Bah. Can't believe I forgot that. =\
