So, we are only about 30 days from the next ban list! That means we'll be analyzing all of the possible choices and strategies.


So, make your own ban list, explain it, and make a deck that you think will be the new CC.

You see, I love ban lists.They provide a good opportunity to make well rounded decks and new combos.Thing is,if there was no ban list,then people would make killer decks that could obliterate someone in 1 turn.I'm just going to throw some good cards I know of out there because I'm blind on how an intricate ban list might come out.

This leads to why I said what I said.With a ban list like this,it leaves a wide range of options for players to think up when creating a tournament worthy deck.Here's a list of some decks you dont usually see-

Spawn Deck=Keeping monsters on the field for defense and for sacrifice
Level Downage Deck=Using cards like Gravity Bind in conjunction with leveling down your own monsters
Shield Deck=Using high defense monsters to keep up a shield till staples come in the hand
Special Summon Deck=Using cards that special summon monsters easily for a possible otk or burn
Fusion Deck=Basically Chazz and Jaden's styles of using fusion types to bring down the opponent
All Normal Deck=No special effects.Just normal monsters.
Special Victory Deck=Very hard to pull off but still a good deck strategy if using Destiny Board or Exodia.
These decks and many more can be seen from my very small list of bans.As for a cookie cutter chaos deck,I really cant pull one out.I'm just putting a bunch of staples together from my list.

I think all cards that are as good as the envoys should be ban.

I like this ban list cause,you can't build decks that could win in 1 or 2 turns cause,if the deck is so good you don't have any fun playnig cuse,thats all yugioh basiclly is(so I was told)cause,if you don't have fun the game stinks(it's like the only game easy to learn well easier than most of the other card games),I might have to edit this cause,I don'tknow many of the cards. I also don't want to look at the other lists cause,that would be cheating(obviously),and I don't cheat.

I truthly think that fun decks will be ruling the Metagame because I think they want people who can build good decks to start winning matches and having more fun in the game. They want little kids to start playing the game more and if they keep losing then they lose interest in the game. That's what I think my Slifer friends.

Basing a deck on my ban list is taking me a while.Just give me more time and I'll be on it.

Confiscation: this is banned because u mite be able to only get rid of 1 card from u opent but u can c there thus seeing what they r planing to do at that time

Delinquent Duo:out of ban because conf is in ban they all way do it like this but I think this is less deadly because your oppent get to pick what to get rid of

Mirror Force: this is unbaned because it is not as deadly as it used to be there r alot more ways to stop the effect

pot of avarist:this is Limited because 1 it a drawing card and to it can be abused with magical mertent

Level Limit - Area B:there is way to much stall in todays game and alowing there to be 2 of this card in the deck is just a uter pain in the butt

Gravity Bind: same as above

Manticore of Darkness: this is Limited to stop manticore juggling

Twin-Headed Behemoth:y is this limited any way it only come back from the grave 1 time really suuldn't be limted

cyber dragon: this is semi limated because there is proto cyber dragon to be used for the cyber dragon deck and also because of WAYYYY OVER USED

Forbidden:

Dark Hole - I think Dark Hole needs to go back, having broken cards gone is good and they need to stay gone. Banning cards like Dark Hole is good and they should stay gone. We did just fine without it.

Confiscation - If used on the very first turn, this card can seal it for you. Knowing what your enemy has and what their going to do gives you too much power.

Limited:

Cyber Dragon - This card gives you a free summon and can kill almost any monster. Also with the new Cyber Dragons in SOI I don't see why this card will be limited.

Golld Warrior of Dark World - Golld hasn't reached his full potential yet, but he's powerful with a deadly effect. Dark World isn't quite on top or anything, but restricting him is a good idea BEFORE he becomes a problem.

Gravity Bind - staple for burn, OTK, and FTK.

Level limit - Area B - Read Gravity Bind.

Messenger of Peace - Read Gravity Bind and Level Limit - Area B.

Mirror Force - This card requires skill to use, as good as it is, some people, mostly n00bs, will use it when it is a 1 for 1 situation or they set it with a torrential, widespread, or sakuretsu armor.

Painful Choice - Without BLS or CED I don't see why we can't give this card a shot?

Pot of Avarice - If painful choice is out they need to restrict this card.

Sakuretsu Armor - If mirror force is out there will be too much monster destruction for traps.

Treeborn Frog - Basically a 100/100 Cyber Dragon every turn that comes back.

Widespread Ruin - Read Sakuretsu Armor

No Longer Limited cards:

Reflect Bounder - ...............bump................

Thousand Eye Restrict - read above.

Semi-Limited:

Lightning vortex - no longer used, and is usually a 2 for 1 or 2 for 2.

Magician of Faith - with Mystic Swordsman and nobleman, you might as well make it 2 copies.

Metamorphosis - another way of getting monsters out, fusions come back!

Mobius the Frost Monarch - Too powerful, destroys too many important cards.

Scapegoat - helps reduce the power of Mobius and provides an alternate way for protection.

Cards I didn't pick:

D.D. Assailant - Too many are wasting time and money getting this it is too inconsistent for my tastes.

Spirit Reaper - can be killed by so many different cards.

Bottomless Trap Hole - will not kill evil cards like don and reaper.

Return of D.D. - may be used more now because of new limited cards

Warrior Toolbox - come back because of less trap destruction

Beastdown - Scapegoats, good for you and bad for the opponent
