-Who is Bakura ?
A sprit who will do whatever it takes to get what it wants.
A spirit who's collecting the Sennen Items to gain power.
A spirit who was sealed within the Sennen Ring 3000 years ago by either the High Dark Priest (Priest Akunadain) or Zork, not sure since the manga got all confusing.
Uses moves and cards that include sacrificing its own life points in dueling so much it became something like his trademark.

Not afraid of hurting itself to win?
Extremely hard to destroy/kill. (longest living villian in the whole manga)

So far I think it consists many Zombie and Fiend type monsters...In Battle City it was mainly surrounded the Ouija Board/Destiny Board cards, but later in the Pharaoh's Arc series it became a deck- (I'm not sure what the correct term is for to call that place where you draw your cards during each turn or effect) destroying-deck, where he almost succeeded in defeating Yuggi with it.

I know some, but undortunately I forgot their names in English. A few that I'm sure of are the Ouija Board (or Destiny Board), and Spirit Letters D, E, A, T, H (or F, I, N, A, L).

My guesses are the second one and the fourth one...

And now I get what TRPG you mean...I thought it was the one way back in the series. Basically I don't think the second TRPG has any decks? It just has a load of cards with characters on them (with their life lines on them), and in Yami Bakura's case, he has three sand glasses, as it shows at the bottom of the fourth link you have in your post.
