A crazy anime, but one that is extremely funny....to me anyways :P

Basically it's about a girl name Excel who is for a secret Idealogical orginazation called ACROSS in which they are trying to take over the city of F...but it's more than that. Each episode makes fun of a different part of Japanese pop culture and anime. One episode it makes fun of a B movie action flick, another it makes fun of a political satire anime. Seriously, its funny stuff, and like i said, extremely insane. Check it out if you haven't seen it, and if you have, post here!
