Description: How do they work

Im trying to build a strike ninja deck but im unsure on how to build it, could someone please give me some advice on how I should go about building one?

First you have to understand what exactly the Strike Ninja deck achieves.
One is through the combination of Strike Ninja, and D.D. Scoutplane, you create fairly stable field presence. No matter how hard your opponent tries, Strike Ninja is virtually impossible to kill, provided you have what you need in the graveyard (which isn't too hard with the Scoutplanes being really weak).
Second is to abuse that field presence with an array of tribute monsters, most notably, DMOC, and Jinzo (though there are others you can certainly use, but those two are defenatly recomended to play).
You would certainly want to put in Mystic Tomatoes to help get the Scout planes, and of course Reinforcement of the Army to get the Ninja and other Warriors you may want to put in it (Assailants come to mind).
Strike Ninja isn't hard to play, and can be quite fun to abuse. It actually makes running more than 2 Tributes acceptible. It isn't hard to build the deck really, just have to understand what you want to do with the deck.

Strike Ninja is based on creating 1-0s by dodging your opponent's card effects. It's searchable and has some decent support.
You can also abuse the RFG effect and create a OTK.

Thanks for the help people, I tried to build a basic one with the one strike I own, it went ok but im gonna put it on hold till I get another which should be this week or next

2 would be a good number, 3 is okay, but with Reinforcement, 2 is just fine a number. Make sure to get 3 Scoutplanes, as they are key to keeping the field presence with Ninja (and keeping that constant 1-0 trade that Bishop mentioned).

Actually, because there is no reliable dumpage in this format, use 0-2 Scout Planes, or they'll just become bad draws. If you feel comfortable with the deck, use Last Will. It's an extremely effective card if used correctly.

Well I already own the 3 scout planes, and even with only 1 strike they worked quite well, so depending on how many strike ninjas I can get hold of i'll either put 2 or all 3 in.
