Zombie Madness is the strongest of them.
There's also Fury from the Deep, but it's not quite as good as Zombie Madness.

Errr....40 cards is the recomended deck number. Especially with Pot of Greed banned, unless you plan on play traditional.

Yes, 40 cards is the number of cards you always want in a deck. Don't use more, unless you want to lose =p.
And, get Fury From the deep, or Zombie Madness, plenty of stores sell them.
