I got a quick question regarding non-aggression area, does it stop your opponent from seting magic/trap cards? From the text it looks like it does, but that isn't always the case. So....

"You can only activate this card during your Standby Phase. Discard 1 card from your hand. Your opponent cannot Normal Summon, Set and/or Special Summon during his/her next turn."

Judging from the text, it should stop them, but I don't think that was the purpose of the card.

I couldn't find anything on UDE or Netrep, but I'm inclined to belive that it doesn't stop setting of M/Ts

I believe the effect is only aimed at Monster Cards, although it is rather unclear.
