I don't know if this has been asked before, but I'll ask anyway. Can Solemn Judgment be activated to negate the summoning of Jinzo and destroy it. If so, are there any other traps that can be activated when Jinzo is summoned, before his effect takes place, or is Solemn Judgment the only one if the above question is proved true?
yes. Solemn Judgment negates and destroys Jinzo.
The other trap: Horn of Heaven.
Ok, that makes sense, since both Solemn Judgment and Horn of Heaven are counter traps.
Because they negate the summoning it is as if Jinzo hadnt even been summoned
