I have been looking at all the different sigs and avatars everyone makes with there different graphic programs, and they're awsome! I was wondering if there is a dowloadable graphic program that doesn't cost anything? The only one's I've seen are in the $100's! Help would be greatly appreciated!

Or google Photoshop. You can find free versions of it. I have Photoshop CS and it is pretty good but sure as hell isin't free. Fireworks I think is realy cheap or free..
