Since it says anything, heres my MTG Lists

I am a new trader and will trade with you on a few conditions:

*Note: I will only start trading with respectable members.*
I will send first, since I have 1 reference at the time. You send once you get my cards.

I'm using the same rules as Gilfer

1- Follow “Ref Rule” at all times. Another words, if you have more refs than me on this site I send first, if I have more refs than you, you send first, if you and I have the same amount of refs we send at the same time. I take this rule seriously, EVERYONE wanting to trade with me MUST follow this rule, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

2- Do not attempt to rip me off as I know the mail system like the back of my hand. If I am ripped I will take all means of legal action against you, ie; small claims court, mail fraud, etc; Another words, don’t try it, OR ELSE!!!

3- When I trade with someone and I receive the cards in any worse condition than previously described to me I WILL send back, NO EXCEPTIONS!!! If this happens I expect my cards back as well.

4- If I happen to send first in a trade I WILL use a tracking number and if I don’t get my cards within 1 business month to you receiving my cards I WILL consider the trade a rip and file for mail fraud.

5- In any trade I make for now on I will fully expect all received cards to be in HARD PLASTICS. If I get cards that are not in hard plastics I WILL send back and apply “Rule 3.”
