Okay, all you do is rate the site of the person above (like the title says) this is jsut like the other rating games. TRY not to post the same sites someone else already did. If you did accidently, it's okay.
1) The first person posts a site URL (It must be REAL!)
2) The second person clicks the URL and visits the site. They rate it, depending how much they like it.
3) Then the second person must post another site.
4) And go on...
