my opponet then actvats call of the haunted and i chain to it and actvate ragki break to destroy call of the haunted if it was jinzo does it still come to the field after resultion even tho call of the hauntd was destroyed
or say it was another monster does it come to the field and then is destroyed after resultion

No, because with Call, it has to stay on the field to keep the monster alive (or, in the case of Jinzo, stay on the field long enough to summon it). Bt chaining Raigeki Break to Call, you've effectively killed off the summon before it could properly resolve, so the monster the opponent is trying to bring back will not be summoned.

First, your Opponent activates Call of the Haunted, then you have a chance to chain it before your Opponent even gets the Jinzo on the field, so basically, once CotH is activated, if you chain it with Raigeki Break, then the Jinzo is never Summoned, and the CotH is Destroyed.

just wanted to know because raymond sayed that when he actvated call of the haunted and i actvated ragiki break that his monster still comes to the field because ragiki break does not negate the effect of call of the haunted and i tryed to tell him it dosent matter if the effect is negated it destroyes jinzo in the grave yard before it ever comes out to the field to negate any trap cards
another words he sayed when he actvated call and i chained with ragiki that jinzo comes out any way and negates both cards and stayes on the field because ragiki dosent negate the effet of call of the haunted this is so un true am i right
because ragiki destroyes jinzo in the grave yard before it ever leaves am i right

"Raigeki Break" does not destroy "Jinzo". It destroys "Call of the Haunted".
This follows the basic rules for Continuous Spell and Trap Cards. If a Continuous card, "Call of the Haunted" in this case, is destroyed or otherwise removed from the field, its effect is instantly cancelled. Because "Call of the Haunted" was destroyed, its effect was instantly cancelled, and because "Jinzo" was not yet on the field and there was no longer an effect bringing him there, he could not be Special Summoned at that time.

the effect of call of the haumnted states special summonse one monster from the grave yard to the field ragieki does not negate the effect so the monster would still come to the field weather you play ragiaki break on it or not if you choose jinzo he will stay

You're forgetting priority passes from the turn player to the opponent, and the chain resolves in reverse. In this case Jinzo will never be summoned.

See my previous post, regarding Continuous Spell and Trap Cards. (It's also covered in Upper Deck's FAQ on their official site.)

if it was jinzo it still wouldn't matter because he would not be on the field :flame:

I agree with Lord_kurihbo, call of the haunted is destroyed by raigeki break because Jinzo's effect isn't applied until he is on the field, and raigeki break should be chained the the activation of Call of the Haunted, not the summoning of jinzo (even though u couldn't activated it after jinzo was summoned).
