Description: using monsters in graveyard

if your monsters says you get x points for monsters or other types of cards in your graveyard to add attack points to your monster, do points keep adding for cards sent after that monster is summoned or do they stay at when the monster was summoned

Depends on how it's worded.
If it says "Increase the ATK of this card by X points for each X card in your Graveyard", then yes, it will continue counting the cards that are sent later. (Most of these effects will work this way.)

Such as Dark Paladin, Red Eyes Darkness Dragon, and Blue Eyes Shining Dragon
Question though: What about cards like Chaos Necromancer

Cards whose ATK/DEF are "equal to the number of X cards in your Graveyard" follow the same principle and will constantly check the Graveyard to see if the number needs to change.

that too keeps on increasing for each one removed from play as chaos necromancer is for each one in the graveyard
