We need a place to post finished decks that we think don't need fixing and we need to rate them on a scale of 1-10 with only how good you think they would run influencing your rating. Vash said the deck garage is where we post unfinished decks so I thought we might need this.

No deck is perfect. Even if you thought a deck was complete, someone else may have a different opinion. The could even give a useful suggestion that you didn't think of. If they really just want a raiting the could always just post in the regular the main stream deck garage.

Yeah I know but most people seem like they have to do something to fix it no matter what. I just thought it might be useful for someone with a completed deck to post it somewhere where no one will try to tweak it.

Or (based on what you said) all the deck mechanics could have a place to post decks that NEED fixing and see if the other members on the site know what they are.

Why would you just want to post a deck to get ratings out of ten? I mean isn't that a little narcissistic?
