Flip: your opponent selects one monster that he/she controls. switch control of the selected monster and this card.

say dummy golem is flipped by my opponent attacking my face down dummy golem with a stronger monster. okay, the flip effect takes place and we switch monsters, is dummy golem then destroyed because it really should have been when it got attacked or is the attack negated.

QUOTE (NetRep Card Registry)
If "Dummy Golem" is attacked, flipped, and destroyed by damage calculation, its effect is not applied because it is destroyed. So control does not switch.

well i think that that the effect cant be used inthe battle phase because invader of the thron says the same thing but also says that this effect cant be actvated in the battle phase

and invader and you card are just the same but just different names

so i think that if he attacks your monster it just dies and you dont get his monster and if you want to take his monster than better do it befor it gets attacked

If Dummy Golem gets attacked, there is a chain. At the chains end, DG is in the grave therefore you can't take control of their monster.
