It did have something to do with the anime, like talking about the duelist kingdom and battle city duels. if anyone wantsa i can e-mail anyone who wants the movie.

I saw it and liked it...
However there are some who are negative about it...
My oppinion: Just go and look it... you can afterwards say weather you like it or not.
But I liked it.

Personally - the movie thing (not the half hour long thing) was... in my opinion...rubbish. I hated it.
The trailer leads you on thinking ah it's set in Egypt - it's not
It's about a duel between Yami Yugi and Anubis - it's not really
It's action packed - it's not!!
It was just a total let down! A complete embarasment really. They put in Pegasus for the hell of it, Kaiba looked fat (forgive me Seto! I love you really - fat or thin!!) and it was a waste of time and effort.
I wasn't pleased - only thing that was good was the thing Kaiba said about friendship to Tea (third quote in my sig)
If you haven't seen it, rent it or look on the website for the movie for a synopsis

I thought the movie was a huge let down, it was too short, the duels were crap the story wasnt much better, the only thing I liked about it is that you could actualy read what the cards did and it gave the name on some the them the propper shine

I was happy that it was a little more realistic to a real duel, but the movie in whole was terrible. >.>
I DID like the return of Pegasus, he was always my favorite character, and I always secretly hoped he'd come back. !_!

Yeah, I also liked that u could read the cards effect. Although, the story was average and the trailers mislead something awful. (There were in all I think 2 or 3 duels I can't remember) I mean the duels took up at least 1/2 the movie and there were only 2 or 3 which I think is not enough. And Yami doesn't even really duel Anubis. Overall I give it a 6/10. Only reason it got that high is the card effect. :(
