If i activate Skill Drain before Jinzo is summoned what would happen to my trap card? or what would happen if i activated Skill Drain when Jinzo was summoned?
If Jinzo is summoned could i activate trap hole to destroy it?
Could i activate Prematural Burial on my Horus The Black Flame Dragon LV 6 from my graveyard ? what would happen. The same thing for Jinzo, could i activate the trap card Call of the Haunted to bring back my Jinzo from the graveyard?
Could i summon a monster then special summon Lava Golume on my opponent's side of the field?

No when Jinzo is on the field all trap cards are usless to his effect. Now if you had a card that effected his summoning you could do that. But if Jinzo is on the field with any other trap cards, they lose.

"Skill Drain": If "Skill Drain" was activated before "Jinzo" was Summoned, the effect of "Jinzo" will be negated. If "Jinzo" is Summoned first, "Skill Drain" cannot be activated.

"Trap Hole" cannot respond to the Summoning of "Jinzo". The only two Trap Cards that can are "Horn of Heaven" and "Solemn Judgment".

"Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV6" can be Special Summoned by "Premature Burial", and "Jinzo" can be Special Summoned by "Call of the Haunted". If either "Premature Burial" or "Call of the Haunted" are destroyed, the respective monster will remain on the field.

You may Flip Summon or Special Summon a monster before or after Special Summoning "Lava Golem", you just cannot Normal Summon or Set during that turn.

Naw man, continious effect. Can't be chained to. Divine Wrath is spell speed 2. So you have to chain it to something. There is like half a page of divine wrath related rulings on the official site.

i've been told you can since i went to a tournament and a duelist used it against jinzo and the tournament holder says you can!

Well, they were wrong. Continuous Effects cannot be Chained to, period.
