do you have to have toon world on the field to play it.because the wording makes it sound like you dont but im not sure.

actually, no, toon world is NOT needed for toon world to be summoned. It's just if toon world is out, it can be special summoned like all the other toons can, but it gets destroyed if toon world is destroyed. This card, along with toon index (magic, search your deck for a toon card and put it in your hand), will make toon decks competitive again in yu-gi-oh!! yeah!

Toon World dosent need to be on the field to summon TGE, and if it is, it dosent make it a special summon. It is a normal summon unless revived or special summined in some other way. :P

You don't need Toon World, it's not required as he stated it'd just count as noramal summon as if it were there or not, read his post. It's not needed.

Its just that I think it is a little bit pointless to repeat yourself. I am not in the habbit if repeating myself. (If anybody from Ireland is here, then they would get that joke, probably. Its a bad joke, but its a joke.)
