Title: Single Card - Exodia The Dark Master
Description: real or fake

diceman - January 22, 2005 09:52 PM (GMT)
We have obtained a single Yu-Gi-Ho card titled Exodia the Dark Master. This card claims to be an ultra rare Holo card that is all gold. The card has 1st edition printed on it and also the variant number LIM-000. Exodia attack is infiinity and defense is infinity. The descriptive box states the most powerful guardian with his infiinity dark power can destroy all ennemy and win the duel immediatly. We have tried to search for a similar card on the Internet to check if this is real or fake but can not find any. We brought the card in a computer shop, they said it came from China but the writing is in English. The back of the card looks perfect. It has the writing Konami (top left) and Yu-gi-ho Trading card game (bottom right)
The printed presentation pack said Utlra rare cards 2006[/B] How can we tell if the card is real or a fake? or maybe one due for future release ???

dude- i've seen that card before. It's WAY fake. It's called a "Cape Cod Promo" from where i'm from (MA). they're not tournament legal anywhere, and jeez man even the grammar is incorrect! (with his INFINITY power?) Here, i'll send you a link of the real thing:

The real thing is called "Exodia the Forbidden one" and it comes in 5 pieces. It's from either the original set (Legend of Blue Eyes White Dragon [also known by LOB]) or from the recently released Dark Beginning 1 set (DB1). In the LOB set, all the pieces are ultra rare, and the pieces (with the exception of the head
) have 200 ATK and 300 DEF, while the head has 1000 ATK and 1000 DEF. THERE IS NO LIM set. Never was, and never will be. So the card you have, is fake, unuseable and extremely fake. Sorry to tell you that, but it's true.

bladeplazma is WRONG! there actually is an LIM box, contains "3 oirginal packs + 1 exodia card"

i HAVE seen it before. i think its real, but if the grammars like that then, well, you know. but if it has the thingy in the corner, and the logos on the back, the it doesn't matter that it has bad grammer, its real. but tell me, does it have the thing in the corner and the logos? i might be getting one very soon ( 2-4 days) so i'll have the final say when i get it. beenplaying since it hit america so i'll keep you informed. sorry if it is a fake.

Um, you do know that replying to a thread that hasn't been active for over two years is completely pointless, right?
