The Russian AT-14 (Kornet) and AT-15 (krysanthimum) are the best AT weapons out there. Better than javalin or anything else. Two things lack from the AT world: a short range (50-800m) enclosed-launch fire and forget weapon, and a new gen AT that will defeat active armour. One posibility could be a missile with a twin head that shoots off just before impact in from of the second part, thus triggering the active armour and letting the second part of the missle hit before the defence system can reload...
