The documentary depicts different views and particularly in the last minutes several opinions are expressed on the future of the Israeli-American-relationship.

At the beginning, one can see the effectiveness of the attempts to synchronize behavior in issues concerning Israel.

While (passively) castigating unwanted comportments/attitudes and encouraging wanted behavior (mainly through financial support), a congressman has effectively to decide between a political career as a supporter of Israeli causes and no political career at all if he doesnt indicate support.

Several Jews, being critical of this situation and the state of affairs in Israel, explain the creation of the Jewish identity in the US and express their concerns of a possible loosening US/I relationship and the consequences this might bring.

Beyond that, Colin Powell´s speech showing apparent evidence of WMDs in Iraq in 2003.

The Jewish identity is fundamentally based upon two main pillars

- Auschwitz (time)
- Israel (space)

the creation of the identity was essential in order to maintain or establish a sense of belonging for the people in the diaspora.
So a basic attempt was made, in order to clarify the definition of a Jew, which otherwise was rather imprecise.

US middle east policy is concocted in Tel Aviv. Doesn't matter if a Republican or Democrat is in the White House or who the Secretary of State is. Those are just figureheads.

Look at the last few administrations in Washington-Democrat or Republican. American Jews of strong Zionist credentials held the key spots in the foreign policy hierarchy. Holbrooke, Rubin and Albright for Clinton, Feithe, Grossman, Wolfowitz and Pearle for Bush. All Jews.

Another aspect concerning the Jewish identity is how the educative system forms wide parts of the mostly Western populations quite effectively by applying certain kinds of simple techniques known from the psychology of learning.

That is, positive reinforcement of attitudes related to public denouncement of apparent anti-Jewish stance and castigation of anti-Jewish stance. The most important part is that it starts from the general media and arrives at even the lowest level of a societal group, turning them into watch dogs of each other.

That's why it's important for those of us with knowledge of the true state of affairs to provide an alternative viewpoint in forums such as this. The truth will get out, as much as folks on the Zionist side would like it not to get out.

AIPAC is more than a political action group, it's a mouthpiece for the foreign policy of an alien nation. Israel is NOT part of the USA, it's a foreign nation. Sometimes our policies coincide with them, sometimes they don't. We should not let Israel dicate our foreign policy in the middle east.

Since we talk about AIPAC it might be interesting to note that Soros himself expressed his view in the following:

-On Israel, America and AIPAC:

This is why Soros is not embraced by the Zionist community in total. He's not "dependable" as a Zionist.

Nevertheless, his actions are as "internationalist" as most Zionists are. He promotes actions which empower major international Jewish figures.
