all things for the adaptation to euro in the near future. B)

1 ytl = 0,518 euro, so add your 3 ytl = 1,55 euro, ohh not a good deal mate. :)

Lord - July 28, 2006 06:22 AM (GMT)
Are you kidding me...???

1 Lira = 0,5 Euro ???????
Wishfull thinking i guess...hahhahahahhaha

Sssh. 1 YTL is our secret weapon to infiltrate european market. We will replace all 1 Euros with Turkish ones, and then we will have the control of your economy (evil laugh with wagner's music in the background).

On the serious side though, you can always use them in the vending machines just like lots of honest(!) German Turks are doing. In fact for 0.75 Euros for each, we can send you more to use with any coin operating machine :)

Lord - July 28, 2006 06:37 AM (GMT)
HAHHAHAHAHAHAHA...yes yes Saladin...actually the third one i recieved as i said...from a coca cola machine...

please send me some...100 lira...and i will send them to germany to my cousin...so he can get some...Tsigara for less money...
unforunately we dont have in greece tsigaret machines like in germany...ahhahahhahaha

ps...and actually in greece...all papaer money are allways be controlled...every were you go...and buy something ...they have this devise wich checks the money...
but not yet for coins...

I see a very good opportunity here to further increase Greece-Turkey biliteral trade :)

I think we should have a thread for the entrepreneurs in the group. Perhaps we could market Imnia/Kardak advanture tours for the brave souls who can not afford to go to Iraq. I think with the right marketing strategy, we can find some Turkish collector who would be interested in buying Acropolis from lets say Mr. Brakus whose family had its title since his grand grand grand grand grand father. Opportunities are limitless here :)

Lord, you can also do the reverse. Come visit Turkey and use a 2 Euro coin instead of the 1 YTL. You can help our economy a bit... :D
