Title: I have a question
Description: why was i warned?

derkrieger - May 30, 2006 04:25 PM (GMT)
Dear Sirs;
With all due respect for the decision taken, I can help questioning the executive decision due to my post below.
I would be delighted to be informed about the excessive parts so that future mistakes can be avoided. I really thought it ws a level-headed post. The last part, which was actually an open invitation, urging all forumers to have a more liberal approach.
Again Artemidon (sic) wrote that I was being provocative etc. though all I ventured was to try to legally define the accident. He was the first to call me "provocative", although this was never my intention.
Thanks in advance
Regards
Derkrieger

""""You are entitled to your opinion.
However, the last thing I wanted, was to be provocative on this forum as well as to justify the greek provocations taking place against unarmed planes and the subsequent bickering.
I said the greko plane was entitled to be there, that is international air space. However if it comes to a real and dangerous interception than it is no more legal nor it is benign.
What late Iliakis did was plain wrong and provocative as it was. Approaching from behind and trying to pass in front of the TUAF F-16 in an upward move is ;
first of all a direct violation of law regarding safety of planes.
secondly on no basis you can justify that Iliakis was that close only in order to ID the turkish plane. Anybody sane enough would concede that it is doable from a longer and thus safer distance.
It is beyond reasonable doubt that some circles in Greece has been in the mood for the escalation politics lately. What late Iliakis did was to observe an internal greko MOD orders for the HAF pilots, which foresaw that Turkish pilots be bullied more fiercely (in intl airzone).
Now, i thought I could talk to you in a civilized way however you are not only adept at twisting what i said, but also displaying your fanatical opinions (???) as if they are the facts.
Believe I could have been much more fierce with you greek boy but I guess it is just a waste of time.
Iliakis should have been never asked to perform such dangerous moves. quit being blinded by your unyielding racism. he was killed by the unnecessary animosity between our nations, and WHOEVER believes it is only one party responsible for it, is either a person with childish character or a retard.""""
