That is just of a spoof of a commercial of Cem Yilmaz, the leading stand-up comedian in Turkey. In the original commercial, Cem Yilmaz plays a crook who tries to sell the imitations of Doritos chips. In the pilots version, they try create an imitation of one of the Turkish F16 wings (151. Filo)

Some versions of Doritos commercials can be found here

Cem Yilmaz get more than $4M for his new commercials for OPET, a Turkish oil company. In these commercials he spoofs "Knight Rider" which was very popular in Turkey in 1980s. Instead of a TransAM, he uses "Murat 124 Serce" which is one of the smallest cars manufactured in Turkey in late 70s and 80s. One of the phases he created for the commercial, "Asfalt agladi" (which can be loosely tranlated as the highway cried) became very popuilar in Turkey. In the commercial, that sentence was meant the driver couldn't performed as good as the car would have permitted.

Some links to them are here

There was a funny commercial of a crisp brand in Turkish TV's. In that commercial a guy with two colleagues try to copy that crisp and sell them, getting caugth at the end. In this video, guys recreate that commercial, instead they are trying to copy 151st SEAD Squadron :) They are ordering Block 60 F-16's, making squadron patches etc. At the end, military police catch them and the video ends with the slogan "There is only one SEAD squadron in TuAF", underlining the distinctive property of 151st Sq.

Dear Arda ,
do you think its also an answer to the hotly debated number of SEAD sqs?
