Turkey and Pakistan have very strong ties as we know.
Not related with the post you made maybe but this week SSM of Turkey was visiting Pakistan for a possible cooperation in defence industry. Can you inform us about the event and the talks according to Pakistani sources what is going on , what is discussed? We dont have much detail spoken here.

I personally hope that this has something to do with the new Pakistani cruise missile :)

Any tech transfer to turkey would need to coinform to MTCR. With appropriate modifications, TOT to turkey can take place but would require a reciprocate action from turkey. Pakistan could help turkey in the defence related electronics which are well developed in turkey.
