Well pytheas, its fine under "inventories" if we are talking about potential alterations/additions to our inventories and those of europe. You can also put it under "politics" because it is just as much a political subject as it is a mil inventory one, and it is political before it will become actual military anyway. So you have your choice of 2 :)
