Title: Battlefield 2

This game is AWESOME. Its so fun its just too much to write about it, you must experience it yourself.

True the single player option sucks, but the multi player option is amazingly fun.

It is a battlefield first person shooter simulation, where you can take the role of different infantry types like, regular soldier, anti tank unit, elite spec ops, medic, engineer etc etc.
But what makes this special is that you can use wide range of vehicles like jeeps, Tanks, APC, AAA, boats, Transport Helicopters, Helicopter Gunhips, Fighterjets and Fighterbombers.

Besides that the commander can use UAV's and artillery ground bombings. Also with tooo 64 people playing simutanously, you can choose to word in a small squad form.

This is a game where real life Fallujah, Stallinggrad, Market Garden, Korea and Vietnam meets with movies like Blackhawk Down and Saving Private Ryan.

In the end it results in an entertaining war (paradox?) simulation.

yeah u right Cid...The action never lets up in Battlefield 2. The maps in Battlefield 2 are huge, depicting detailed environments in potential hotspots around the world (divided between the Middle East and China.)

Unlike Battlefield 1942 ;) , the maps can get quite complicated. B) Roads will wind up steep ridges, or networks of rivers will be criss-crossed by bridges and fords...Some maps are all about ground forces, some involve infantry skirmishes in tight city streets, and some benefit from lots of air power -- there's both strategy and variety in the locations...This game is something that I m not able to state now...Awesome...really Awesome...

but u know there are some negatives...Very limited single-player with poor AI. No bots in multiplayer. Steep video card requirements...My notebook sometimes force me to take its settings to the "middle" class, maybe my new one will play it...GO6800 gpu in Dell XPS (16 pipeline) or Acer Ferrari (XTX700 - 8 pipeline, but still playable in high details...)

regards.

Check out this movie clip about BF2, its very funny. To understand some of the jokes you need to have played online FPS (first person shooters)

I've played it... Ok cool as far as it regards the level of complexity and difficulty in a way to co-operate with the team members or fly a heli or a plane. But in terms of realism in shooting and killing the opponents, sorry guys but I still vote for Counterstrike and Medal of Honour... :dunno:

Hades do you have it installed on your own pc, if so we should play online together some day. Would be awesome, I need a good skilled side-kick jajajajjaja

Anway helicopters are easy, planes are difficult to control in this game. But I prefer playing a commande, killing infantry, setting up booby traps and blowing up enemy armor :mgun:

Am sorry bro, my latest laptop (the one I bought in July, after the old one surrendered its spirit in Mykonos - no, i didn't experience any new sex stands with a chick on it) is of minimal abilities, i can't even play my favourite CS without justifying a frame by frame situation after half an hour. I have played Battlefield on a friend's PC... :wall: :wall:

PS. At least am gonna put ADSL soon.... :headbang: :headbang: :headbang:

LOL Ahmet, in order to qualify as a kamikaze, shoudnt you be in the plane rather then to jump out at the last minute

Personally I prefer playing the gunships like the Cobra or the WZ-10 rather then the airplanes because I really such at those speeds to effectively combat ground troops. But when I am with an experienced co-pilot in an attack helicopter, we become awesome armor and infantry killers
