My favourite novellist is H. P. Lovecraft because his novells are so amazing and the whole Cthulhu mytology is so mindblowing and deeply influenced even in our popular culture (even in WWE The#2RY B) ) ....

Lovecraft has done great job writing up cronicles of Cthulhu.
As we know, Lovecraft has not 'invented' Cthulhu mythos. Cthulhu mythos are strongly based on old arabian mythologies, most collected to book called Kitab al-Hazif.
So I've heard.
