I have just joined this role play site and I would like to know how to make a new topic because it keeps saying this menu is disabled. Is there a period that you have to wait before getting to post topics or something? I have all the information I need for my character and I would like to post it so I can start to role play!

You might have tried to post your new topic in the character applications that have been accepted. Meaning you tried to post in the "K" section. If this is so, what you need to do is click on the character applications link then post a new topic in that thread and NOT the subthread with the accepted applications. Hope this helps :)
