Appearance: She has jet black, coarse fur which curls slightly at the tips. You might call it boring, but she considers it gorgeous. She has glowing, green eyes with short eyelashes. Her nose is pink, and very wet. She is not very pretty but she's spunky! She has large feet, a small build but is very agile. Muscular jaws and hind legs bring it together. Her howl is high pitch and goes on for a while, so can be boring. It changes tone though. Her weaknesses are when other wolves are strong or too commanding as she is incapable and it frustrates her. She is strongest in high places, where she can leap lightly. She is a very fast runner. She has a fluffy patch on her chest and her ears are soft. She has a fleshy scar through her left eye. Her run is like a horse galloping and when she sprints you can be reminded of a greyhound. Her parenting makes her an agile, fast, little wolf, with an oddly twisted mind (which you will hear about) and a strong desire to hurt or make friends with things. Unfortunately her eye-scar was obtained by trying to get up a cliff. If her pelt were to be laid on the ground, you would have an extremely thick, reliable, warm coat. She is also a very hardy wolf who loves to swim. She would probably be an Alpha, Beta, hunter or loner, if none of those.

Personality: She is a bit of a punk wolf and if she were another animal it would be a bat or a black lynx. She is confident and gets in alot of fights and is not very sweet natured unless she really likes the other party. She sometimes overuses smilies *cough* She hates beautiful wolves, show-offs, things which beat her in fights and anything that eats spiders. She loves rain, spiders, other animals and company. Her mind makes her a thoughtful yet leapbeforelooking type. She has obtained many mental traits from her parents, such as desires and fears which she has not yet learnt. She is dying to join a pack and become part of the action. Her mind is very oddly formed (er-erm) and her thoughts can convince her to do wierd things. She generally dosen't care if other wolves do not like her but she cannot stand lies or tricks, unless they are meant in a funny way- lauging with Rainspider, not at her. Infact, she often jokes around and makes fun of others, but again it is meant in a jokey way. If you could see her mind, it would be a swirling mass of black and white shapes.



History: Her dam and Sire were not the pleasantest of wolves and were always arguing. Her brothers and sisters (A load) do not have contact with her now, and she was crually misstreated. Whether for better or worse her Dam was a murderer, portecting her pups as fiercely as she hated being a mother. In this trauma, Rainspider found her love of spiders, and the feel of the rain.
At the age of 6 months, her mother killed her tender father, and all of Rain's brothers and sisters. By a tragic accident, her so called "loving" mother, left her to go hunting and was killed in a violent stampede. Perhaps it was best this way.
Whether it was this or some other unknown event that has made Rainspider the tough Wolfess she is, it is certain that no other wolf would like to take her path. As she watched other cubs making friends, being fed, and loved, she was friendlessly feeding herself alone. It could be this that makes it so hard for her to love, and care. Though she is very loyal, it may be best not to trust Rainy!
Her status in the pack (if she joins one) is sure not to be a high one. She has never lived with other wolves so has no idea of how to handle them, though her nature is of Beta or even Alpha, her "Alone time" has become a disadvantage.
She is hoping to get in on the action soon, though she may not be immeadiatly accepted by the alpha (well, check out that history!) she dosen't know this yet and is determined to make loads of great friends, and keeping going in the world or SotW as if she's always been a part of it.

I know I'm getting on your back quite a bit about various things, but seeing as I was helping you previously, I feel that just before you spend any more time on this application I should advise you that using emoticons for applications and for in-character posts isn't really appropriate, because we ask you to convey in-character emotions and descriptions with words. =) The emotes are fine for use when you're just chatting out of character.

I suggest also that you lengthen your appearance and personality; just give a little more detail - I apologise if you were already planning to do so.

One last point: that red really is eye-burning on this colour layout. :P I'm begging you to change it! A lot of the colours work really well like these, but I'm afraid that your choice of red isn't one of them!

If you have your heart set on using a lot of red - some people do use it occasionally, or use it sparingly for speech, I admit (it looks better with no emotes =)) might I suggest using the 'color' code as normal, but replacing the word 'red' with one of these alternate shades, which work a little better on this blue skin:

Indianred
Orangered
Darkred

I know they're not really bright red, but it's virtually impossible to find a truly red shade that looks nice on blue without detaching your reader's retinas, especially in a big wall of text. :lol:
