Plot Big or Small: Small-Mediumish?

Plot Idea: Durga of the Skah is missing. As some may/may not know the history of Durga's family, I'm only to sum it up.

Durga's parents are Miakoda and Nokomis of the Skah. She was born in a litter of two with her sister, Dezba. Her father, Miakoda's, mother is Kiowa, the Betan of the Amarth pack. Under Luna's rule, pups were stolen from the Skah pack and given to Kiowa to raise since she had recently birthed a litter. One of the pups that was stolen was Dezba, Durga's sister. Miakoda came after his daughter and Kiowa killed him. Dezba grew up happily in the Amarth pack with Kiowa as her mother, though she knows who her true family is. Nokomis, Durga, Dezba and Kiowa are all on very good terms with each other.

So, Dezba's sister has gone missing. Dezba just found out from Nokomis and now she is attempting to get together a search party to find her lost sister. Since she grew up with in the Amarth, she is going to ask numerous members for help. Such us: Kiowa, Brier, Anubis, Cam, Kirra. It is my hope that Nokomis will ask some of the Skah for help as well.

Basically, they would put together a search party made up of Amarth ad Skah wolves. The Amarth and Skah wolves would have to work together to find Durga.

A lot of this is helped IC by the fact that Nokomis is a highly respected by a lot of Amarth wolves. And with a lot of the Amarth close to Dezba...well...it might just work.

Complications? Agrats. She just lost her mate and she's probably not in the best mood right now. Dezba is going to search for her sister with or without permission, but it is my hope that this can happen without Agrats getting upset. *pokes Niccy* How do you think we should go about that part?

Wolves Needed: Dezba, Durga, Nokomis-for sure. Hopefully-Anubis, Brier, Kiowa, Agrats, Cam, Kirra...and whoever else in the Skah/Amarth pack that wants to volunteer :)

Anything Else Needed: Um...Nokomis' permission since Durga is her character ^.^

Oh! Oh! Can Enapay join the search?

There would be some IC complications: Enapay doesn't, at least at this time, have much affinity for his Skah kin (for those who don't know, Enapay is Dezba's adoptive brother, Dezba and Durga's uncle...he was Kiowa's biological pup in the litter Dezba came into, and Miakoda's half brother). He thinks of Skah has weak (at least at heart, he knows they're strong in body). Perhaps more pathetic than weak. He once reguarded Dezba similarly...after all, she *was* Skah born. Though he has grown to respect her. Perhaps Dezba could convince Enapay to help? Or convince him to have *some* care for his Skah relatives? The other IC complication is, though he was very young when Luna ruled the pack, he misses the day when the Amarth taunted the Skah for fun.

But...any idea how he might be able to be woven into the plot?

Well, if you need a wolf to help out, Falagor is hopefully going to be a member soon. He'll just about do anything for a pretty face,

Hmmm, okay *grins* Agrats would probably kill Dezba for this...(she should probably ask permission first) but I think I'm going to have Dezba howl and call the pack together and ask for volunteers. I'm pretty sure I can whip up a convincing speech. So hopefully Enapay will be swayed by that. If not, I'll have her talk to him in private and pull one of those..."Please help me...brother" things.

Niccy: This has been put off a bit. But, many know that Dezba wants to become the Amarth Alphess when Agrats 'retires' or gets too old or something. I think that IC Agrats knows of this. (and I'm hoping she isn't against the idea) Dezba would never challenge Agarts and overthrow her by force because she respects and likes Agrats too much. But in a way, Dezba would like to be a heir to the throne, you could say. So maybe Agrats, understanding this, will allow her to lead this search party as a bit of training. I don't know if that in her character though >.> If you can get on AIM, we can talk about it more perhaps and come up with a plan?

hehe, and Falagor will be a member soon. Kiowa's going to accept him as long as he answers her questions right. ^^

Agrats would get mad if she helped or not (depends on how it's told to her). Brier will if Kiowa or Dezba wanted it and Kirra would ONLY do it if Cam did it.. no exceptions on that one XD She's kind of glued to him. o_O

lol, any tips on how I can have Dezba ask and not piss Agrats off? And yea, I figured that about Kirra ;) They're like...a package deal <3

It depends on who asks and when she is told. Wouldn't be fun if I told you now would it? But either way, she will be mad in some way. Can't have her be completely fine with it.

I'd bring Silven into this if it's okay. I haven't done anything with her lately, though I'm going to write a sort of two-in-one post-story thing about her talking to Duvessa about becoming a huntress of the Amarth...

Anyhow, Silven remembers Dezba and has a bit of respect for her. Also, if Cam and Kirra went Silven would relish the chance to be with her siblings again.

I dunno. Poor Agrats though, she has enough on her plate!

Okay, this sounds good to me. Durga, Nokomis, and Anubis are in.

As for Nokomis gathering some of the Skah...hmmm...she may be able to get a couple of wolves. She only really has a couple of friends. A lot of the Skah don't really seem to know her that much, they know Durga more than anything, so that WOULD help ^.^ *pats Durga and her rash words* That seems to get her a lot of attention.

Snowcone may have been one to help, but a couple of things stand in the way of her.
1) She's Maiden and there are at least 2 litters on the way.
2) Snowcone is terrified of the Amarth regardless.

Keno would probably help, but his Beta duties are kind of needed and he is the father of one of the coming litters.

Ciprian would help, but he intends on going to check on Teaka (and will thus find out that she joined the Isa'fea pack permanently) If he gets back by the time this goes on, the he can.

I don't think the Alphas could. But I may be able to get a couple of random wolves. *shrugs*

However

I am about to be gone for a week (check my topic in the 'Leaving' section started with my Fathom account for details) and so it'll have to hold off at least a little while. Sorry. But otherwise this seems coolio to meh!

I don't think having Bane go would be a good idea. If she goes, Keno will, and that would leave Skah with only the alphas...But, yeah, I'm just saying. You don't have to listen.

Ummm Faolan we do have an Alpha now and Bane and Keno have been gone before, so its not like the Skah would fall apart. I think its a really cool idea given how close the Alphas of the two packs have gotten. I don't know if Kisu would be involved directly (she and Fal need to sort somethings out!) but she'd probably be all for it. *shrugs* see where the RP goes!
