Just to start off I'd like to kindly ask anyone who has negitive comments about this to simply not post them. Adoption and abortion are not an answer...please do not bring them up.


I'm 17 years old and my boyfriend is 21. We are going to have a child. Neither of us expected this...especialy since events happened only once and with protection. Both our parents know as of today...and as of about 2 hours ago, he got on a bus and went back to North Carolina because there is a job back there that pays $10 an hour. I am nearly 2 months along.

I'm very upset...for obvious reasons and I'm trying to embrace what I now can not change. For this reason, and as an Admin of this board, I ask the pardon of all other staff and of all members. My activity will be lacking...and if it is not, I am very likely to be down and/or snappy OOC. I am sorry for any trouble caused.

Thanks so much guys!!! I went to the doctor and found out that, to date, I am 9 weeks and 4 days along. I also got an ultrasound. I had to use my web cam to get it onto the comp. because my scanner wouldn't work so the quality isn't too great. But still, here it is. I'm very excited ^^

AWWWHHH! Would ya look at that! <3 Now you have to think of some names!

Awwwee! ^_^ I've seen ultrasound pictures before and I still can't see anything in them, (heh, chalk that up on the list of "things about Zita that are strangely guy-ish") but at least I know what I'm looking at! :D

Yea, it's most certainly a life changing event and it isn't at all what I had planned for myself at 17. But I'm a firm believer in 'everything happens for a reason' so i know it will be alright in the end. I'll keep you guys updated ^^
