Name: Aspeth
Age: 3
Gender: Female
Pack: Loner
Position:
Appearance: Aspeth has a pure white coat with light, cream colored stripings running along her back. Her ears are a bright pink on the inside and her tongue has some black markings on it. However her most shocking features are her eyes-- one is bright blue and the other a hazel color. Her build is stocky and she is a generally strong wolf for being female. She is reluctant to fight, but when she does it is with power and dedication. Her fangs, which she inherited from her mother, pierce flesh like sharpened knives and shine clearly in the dark. Aspeth's voice usually comes out like a low warning growl, and she very rarely barks. Her gait, when she is unsure of her surroundings, is slow and sturdy. When Aspeth knows where she is and is being playful or confident, she'll strut. For the most part, Aspeth has a long stamina and is able to participate in long fights.
Personality: Aspeth is generally quiet and finds it hard to open up to other dogs, but is never afraid to speak her mind when she feels the need. Once she makes a friend, it's for life-- which is why she finds it hard to bond temporarily with another wolf. After losing both her parents at a young age, Aspeth will look for wolves she can use as a mother or father figure. When she lets her guard down she will play-- but only if she knows she's not in danger. Aspeth loves being given a duty to fulfill, especially something like hunting or protecting. She is a reliable and successful hunter, as well as a protective guard. Aspeth was never fond of pups, but secretly would like to have some of her own someday. Something that Aspeth really dislikes is a wolf that shirks their duties or disobeys. She loves to be welcoming to others, but Aspeth isn't too keen on being nice to those who don't deserve it. She needs to know that she'll always be apart of a pack, no matter what.
History: Aspeth's parents belonged to different packs, which was always hard for the family. The two wolves had met each other when Aspeth's father crossed into unknown territory, stumbling upon her mother. The two wolves met secretly for extended periods of time when, eight months later, Aspeth's mother gave birth to a litter. Both the parents kept Aspeth and her siblings a secret to avoid being patronized by other wolves. They didn't want to be banished from the places they had known all their lives. Since Aspeth was young while this was going on (about four months old) she thought it was what everyone did. But one day, during an especially heated battle that Aspeth's mother had gotten herself into with another female wolf, Aspeth's mother was fatally wounded and died within the hour. When Aspeth's father returned to hear the news, he went crazy. He left his pack and became a loner, sometimes forgetting to feed the pups. He would, sometimes, even pick unnessecary fights with other wolves. One day when he went out to hunt a month later, he never came back. Some said he was killed, others concluded that he simply ran away from his responsibilities. At the age of seven months, Aspeth was taken in by a wolf named Nakuai, a mother wolf with pups of her own. Nakuai was strict and loving, never once making Aspeth feel different than any of her own pups. Aspeth learned to love Nakuai and her adopted family, but her constant nightmares of seeing her mother killed never left her. She would often pace during the nights, abandonment always her greatest fear. She hardly ever left Nakuai's side. When she turned ten months, Nakuai left Aspeth to hunt and take care of her own. She and her siblings went their seperate ways, Aspeth never seeing any of them ever again. Up until she was three, Aspeth didn't interact with other dogs. She lived on her own in the wild, until she came upon a group of wolves that she found to be a sort of... pack. And this is where our story begins.
IC: Aspeth hunched down, staring intently straight ahead of her. A rabbit--small, but sufficient-- sat nibbling on some leaves near a bush. Steadying herself, she dug her paws into the ground and pushed off of her back legs, throwing herself onto the pray. She grabbed it by the jugular and shook it a few times until it stopped protesting. Aspeth dropped it on to the ground and ate it in less than a minute-- rabbits always made good morning snacks. Suddenly she heard a sound in the distance, quiet but clearly there. A howling sound. Then barks. Aspeth's ears perked up as her multi-colored eyes searched the scene in front of her. More barking and howling. Aspeth was running toward the sounds now with agility and speed, her gaze focused only ahead of her. When she saw the outline of a wolf body, she slowed herself. She couldn't startle them. She started to move closer when one of them caught her scent and put its nose in the air. She moved closer, and when they saw her their gazes were welcoming rather than discriminating. Aspeth knew, then, that she had found home.
Please go back and read the rules (The application sheet). Also, your wolf's name needs to be your user name so if you PM Tlon I'm sure she'll fix that for you. ^.^

Ok, thank you. I'll fix my application and ask TLon if she can help me. :)
