Justifications::
1.) Why should we allow your wolf to have pups?
Harley is what you would call someone with a few lessons to be learned in life. One of which happens to be the process of it. He's seen many Varg die, some by his own fang; never, though, has he seen the actually "bringing about" of life. Most of his own assumptions are simply that; his own guesses and gut instincts. Of course, Aniu -- being feminine and carrying those... maternal instincts :rolleyes: she'll probably take the lead in this situation. Although, Harley's a fast learner; a few quick lessons and he'd get the hang of it.
As to other, miscelanious reasons, Harley thinks himself prepared for this stage in his life. Being in his prime, is there any better time than the present?
2.) What are your benefits/actions as of being a parent? ( Such as caring, teaching, tolerance.... being patient, et cetera )
As was afore mentioned, Harley's quite expirienced in many aspects of life; hunting, battle, love [Sure. <_< ] and pack life. All of these skills he's more than willing and capable of sharing and passing on to his heirs.
Caring? Aye, as portrayed in many of his responses and posts, Harley has a very affectionate side. You see many examples of this in his attitude toward Aniu and some of the other Wolven [I think] in the Amarth.
Tolerance and patience are differents qualities, some of which Harley is.... lacking in. He'll tolerate things to a certain extent before being pushed too far. In those cases, he's most likely to become verbal rather than physical. Patience is a trait that Harley was born without, and through time realized he required it; gaining a small amount of it.
3.) Do you have the time for this responsibility?
OoC, as long as I'm not obligated to RP any of the cubs, then yes. IC, Harley has all of the time in the world. :P

Gill pretty much has this all nailed down. He described Aniu perfectly, even if it was brief, with the whole 'maternal instincts' thing. But I'll give my own answer here:

Aniu has a high tolerance level and is physically and mentally able to put up with them youngins. Although she is in the Amarth Aniu has that one soft spot, not just for Harley, but also for pups. With her maternal skills and Harley's discipline and brains we could have quite the litter here.

Ditto to what Harely said, as long as I don't have to play any of 'em I have plenty.
