This mouse-drawn crapster piece depicts a creature I invented a short time ago called a teruke wolf. The species is native to a world of my own invention.
They are savage beasts in battle, leaving lacerations that can be yards long with their bladed tails. This specimen is named Risk, he is a companion to a character of mine in a fanfic.
Teruke wolves are born with hooves. These are better for running, which is a pup's only defense untill they grow the triple tail blade. Their huge-clawed paws for hunting develope inside the hollow hooves, a painful process, before cracking through. Once the hooves are shed the wolves are considered adults.
