Title: Silent Tears- Accepted
Description: Silent Tears Description

Silent Tears - August 14, 2005 06:59 AM (GMT)

Name:Silent Tears

Player's Name : Gabs

Age: Silent Tears has lived to see four winters.

Gender: Female

Pack:Loner

Position:

Appearance:
She has been blessed with a pelt as pale as snow. Her pelt was given to her by her mother and father, of which were both as pale as her. Her eye's have a gentle yet fierce glow of a midnight sky, which she inherited from her father. Her eyes have a certain gleam to them as one looks into them just right. She is told that she built like her mother from those who know her, strong, fast, efficiant, and well toned. She has a scar on her left paw that is highly visiable from a fight from her adoptive parent. Her voice sounds like she swallowed a bit heaven, but she has a stern tone hiding in there too. Her face is kind on the eyes, but when she looks at you, it can almost feels like she is looking into the soul. Her presence burns with hidden passion, and fire. She walks with pride and her head is almost always held high. She moves swiftly and graceful as if every step had a purpose. Her grace is greatly put into her ability to hunt and fight. She fights as if she were non-exsistant, swift, fast, and efficient, like her mother. Her fighting ability is what keeps her alive after everything that has happened.

Personality:
Her mood all depends on how her day starts. If she has a good meal, and when she wakes up, generally she'll be in a good mood. She can be a bit harsh when woken or bothered soon after falling asleep. If she has a bad day consisting of bad hunting, or having a hard time finding shelter from bad weather, she gets very angery. Her best quality is her efficianticy with hunting. Her worst quality is her temper, which most other in the past wished to avoid. She has a hidden sadness, a blackened part of her heart that almost never comes to the surface. It's always there lurking in every fight she has faughten. What other's have seen is barely a tidbit of her temper. If that sadness and darkness came out during a fight or on a very bad day, someone is sure to get severely injured. She takes her share of risks and adventures.

History:
Abandoned by her parents two winters after being born, she learned to survive by being adopted by a loner after her siblings died a winter after. After she left she began to teach her self the all she needed was herself and the land which her paws rested on. She began to miss having a family, having a pack. Being a surviver at heart, she decided to leave her native neutral grounds and search for a pack. Her adoptive parent soon after being notified of her leaving, faught Silent Tears for her to stay. Her adoptive parent died in the battle, but not with out leaving a horriable memory and mark on Silent Tears forever, a scar on her left paw. Her search for a pack has come to an end. She found the neutral grounds here to be more welcoming then her native grounds. She often has nightmare's of a thing which stands on it's hindlegs, seen not too much before her parent's abandoned her. She pours her feelings into her hunting, shutting out emotion at times.

Silent Tears was one of six pups. She and her siblings were asleep when their parents abandoned them. Silent Tears was the first to wake up, and realize that they were alone. From then on she hated her appearance and siblings, for looking like their parents. They traveled until they found Saracluse, the 'foster' mother. Only three out of the six of them were left when they were found. Soon after the other two of the three that were left, were killed by a pair of loner's over food. Silent Tears couldn't stand it anymore, and so she left, but not with out a terrible fight with Saracluse. Saracluse ended up biting hard on Silent Tears left paw and injuring her serverely, but not with out getting killed shortly after the attack. The scar is a reminder of all that she hates, and of what she once loved. She remember the fight alot, and dreams about her other mother, wishing that it had ended differently. Her pain and suffering is her passion and fire that is with her presence.

P.S
( I hope that is suffeciant. In case you get confused the first paragraph in history outlines her history and the second paragraph describes it a bit more.)

This is a good start, but to be accepted your character description should be a little longer. If you refer back to the guidelines here it gives a few tips for what to write.

It is preferable if you write entirely in the third person in your character applications - like you have in the personality and history sections.

There's one part of her personality I'm a little unsure about - Silent Tears is kind and loving at some times, but cruel and selfish at others - this is a large range for a personality to have and it seems maybe a little odd that she can turn from such a gentle wolf to one who is, as you say, a bitch! Maybe a little more explanation here about why a bad day's hunting etc. would make her so angry (perhaps she's a bit mood-swinging?)

Other than what I've said above, it's basically just lengthening the application in order to be accepted. :)

Thanks for the constructive Critisism!

I'll Lengthen it... (I had less time then I thought I would have.)

And Repost it!

Much Thanks

Ok, I have edited it.

If you will look at the first post again, it has been re-written and lengthened.
Sorry about being unclear in the description, very tired and on a limited time-frame.

So! I await your approving or disapproving post. If you don't like it, could you possibly help me with what I could do better.

Thanks much!

Thank you Sir (If you are a 'Miss' I deeply apologize)

I love learning from my mistakes

I, to can me tactless at times... but if I do get frustrated I do try to step back and look at it from another point of view. After all I am wrong sometimes, and I do try to be fair to everyone. If you would please give me some tips as Kiowa has gracefully done so, on my Description I would much apprecate it.

(It is very late, and I have just moved from Georgia to Minnesota, please excuse the Spelling errors)

Gabs

P.S
If you feel unconfortable with me calling you or anyone 'Miss' or 'Sir' please inform me, and I shall try...

Hiya... I added some small additions.

Dusky - August 18, 2005 08:37 AM (GMT)
Absolutely accepted! I - as many others do - really admire the effort you've put into this and I'm so sorry I wasn't here yesterday to sort it out, I spent... most of the day trying to teach someone who has never used a computer in his life (i.e. no idea how to control a mouse) what you could do on the internet.

Anyway. It's a delight to have you here. ;) Welcome!
