ok...I have been picking up some things, but this is the first place I have EVER done this whole RPG thing...people use different words for ears and such...I was wondering if anyone could educate me on that...here is what I think is right

auds=ears
orbs=eyes
fea=female wolf (?)

And the other thing is...how should you treat the alpha/aphless? Should you adress him/her as sir or my lord...or something else? I understand the respect thing, but lack knowledge. I am willing to learn if someone would be so kind as to explain it to me.

OK well Here it goes..

There is a ginormous amount of words that alot of us use.. I cant list all of them here, for there are too many.. but here are some that Ive seen around the site,

Occuli-eyes
Maw/velveteen/Muz-Muzzle
Auds/Audits-Ears
Dentals/Ivories/Pearls-Teeth
Banner/Plume/Tassel/fluffed wagger-tail
Crania/cranium/skull- head
Fae/femore/femme/vixen-female

Im not so good at using the fancy latin language some rpers use.. Although if there are others, heres a link that may be able to help you out.

A person (he used to rp here) Compiled the list of words.. If it helps you out, by all means read it!

On to the other thing.. How to adress the alpha. I'd say only call him/her their real names after they give them to you. So up until that point you merely can call them, M'lord, or M'lady.

When they give you there name then you can refer to them as M'lord *put name here* or M'lady *put name here*

All in all, respect is better to have then not. So if you're not sure, your better of referring to them as M'lord or M'lady, just in case your wolf gets in trouble! (lol, no problem in skah.. they're so accepting!)

Welcome to SOTW Kiowa! I must agree with Hera's earlier comments..best to be as respectful as possible to the Alphas until they tell you otherwise...ESPECIALLY in the Amarth. That's a place you could be torn up just for looking at a higher ranking wolf hte wrong way! *shivers*
