I have this live album but have not listened to it in a few years. The DVD will be fantastic considering all of the time they have worked on it, delayed it, etc.

Discuss your likes and dislikes about this album: song choice, production, etc.

I bought the cd about a month ago and I wish I didnt because the dvd is coming out now, I've only listened to it once. I thought it was ok, but I'm sure watching it on the dvd will be much better

I don't really like Pulse much. The fact that I don't even like 90% of the Post-Roger songs doesn't help either. And the guy who sings Roger's parts (like on Hey You) sounds awful IMO and makes me cringe. I don't like hearing the Wall songs out of context, it bugs me, and not to mention I thought the performance of Astronomy Domine was pretty lackluster. Dave did an alright job with Shine On, but of course since Roger did it in the first place, it's needless to say that he did/would do a better job. I also thought the performance of the Dark Side of the Moon was simply average at best. It was just really lacking in spots.

The guy who filled in for Roger's parts on Hey You was Guy Pratt, the bass player, not that you care. Three Different Ones, you're a nice guy and I respect your opinions and I sometimes agree with them, especially the ones on Animals B) but you are so anti-Gilmour it's not even funny. Not trying to piss you off or start a fight or anything but you seem to generally hate almost all songs that involved Gilmour. The Narrow Way & Fat Old Sun are perfect examples of songs written solely by Dave that you've mentioned before, saying "Zzzzz" or something similar to that. Do you have something against Gilmour as a person? Maybe it's just me, but sometimes it seems as if you don't really give Dave a chance. Also, please remember that I don't want to start a flame war with you or anyone else either, just your opinion on Dave or whatever else you'd like to say about my post. :)

Vast improvement over DSOT. "Any Colour You Like" is a very special moment for me!
