I would have to go with Wish You Were Here, but I really like all of them, especially Ummagumma, Meddle, and Animals

I agree they are all great, but i voted for Animals, you can't beat a giant inflatable pig :D

I'm going with Animals as well. WYWH came very close.

I voted for Animals not only because I really like the cover but because it took 3 days to get the whole cover together. The pig flew off into the sky on the 1st day and landed in a Kent farm. I'm sure most of you know the rest of the story. I think the Animals and Momentary Lapse covers took the longest to get together.

lol, imagine the airline pilots when they saw the pig flying along, they would be like "what the **** is that!"

and the cover for AMLOR must have taken ages to move all of those beds down to the beach.

I think on the taking of the WYWH cover there was a problem with the burning guy, apparently the wind was strong and he got burnt from the fire, they had to swap places then reverse the picture afterwards to get the picture they originally wanted

I read that for the Momentary Lapse cover, the 1st time they laid all of the beds out on the beach, that it began to rain. So they had to pack it all up and come back later. I believe there were 700 total beds, all moved by hand. An interesting fact about the beach that they shot the cover on is that it's the same beach that was used by Alan Parker for the war scenes in The Wall Movie.
