Without a doubt has to go to Boston. Record sales, staying at the top of the charts as long as they did for a debut lp/8track/cassette really shows Tom's time at MIT made him a electronic tech wizard.

it's still pretty amazing that not only did Tom write, record and produce their first effort in his basement, but, he designed and built many of the effects processors used on it and the tour to support the album....which I saw twice.... B)

He also played almost everything right? Especially on Walk On. I was never a huge fan of Boston but I really enjoy their debut, Don't Look Back, and Walk On. I never liked Third Stage and I have not heard their latest album, Corporate America.

EDIT: I believe he also built some of the studios that they recorded in as well.
