its so hard, theres so many and its impossible to put them in order, but Jimi Hendrix would have to be the most talented, Eric Clapton is pretty freakin good too, David Gilmour is the best at making solos sound the best, even if its not very complicated, Jimmy Page was very good too, and theres so many others
