So someone took off admin topic starting rights in the Character chronicals...I cried then went to go fix it. I'm not sure about others right now but notify me and I'll fix it if you can't post.

No, that was right. We have to get our bios approved just like everyone else - that's why it was set that way. You post in the applications forum and then when it's approved it is moved to the Character Chronicles forum. :)

I though admins needed to be able to post stickies in there?

id expect to just post stickies in the regulation or application forum Vale.
